For many, it can feel easier to push those struggles aside, pretend they aren’t there, or believe we have to “just deal with it” on our own. But the truth is, prioritizing mental well-being is just as important as caring for our physical health. Reaching out for support is not a sign of weakness—it’s an act of strength.
